Up to 120 days in parking mode: the tracker sleeps while the bike is parked and wakes at the slightest movement. With active tracking every 3 minutes, expect about a week; in real time every 30 seconds, 24 to 48 hours. USB-C recharge takes about 90 minutes.

The Standard service continues for €24 a year as an annual subscription that renews automatically. We email you 3 months and then 1 month before the included period ends; you activate the extension from My account. The Advanced and Premium add-ons stay at €12 and €24 a year on top.

Subscriptions are managed only on biketrack.fr, from the My account page, and not in the app: the BikeTrack app sells nothing and is used to track your bike and receive alerts.

Yes. The Advanced and Premium add-ons are annual subscriptions that renew automatically, like the Standard service after the included period. You get an email at least one month before each renewal date and can cancel at any time from My account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, free of charge.

A composite 0-1 score on four signals: distance to secure parking (40%), cycling infrastructure density within 200 m (20%), city's FUB barometer (20%), anonymized BikeTrack events over 90 days (20%). Everything is transparent in the app.

Yes, but only anonymized and aggregated form (per 500 m hexagonal cell). No identifying data leaves your account. Documented in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

100% in France, on OVH servers. No transfer outside the EU. Our only third parties are Stripe Ireland (payments) and Plausible Estonia (analytics), listed in our privacy policy.

Yes, from the app or by email to contact@georeference.fr. Deletion within 30 days. Your anonymized contributions (GeoRisk signals) are already non-identifying and remain in the map.
